T-Shirt Logistics:
There are 2 styles of t-shirts to chose from, each shirt has its own listing.

These t-shirts can be ordered in a range of colours. The white shirt will come with black vinyl, all the other shirts will come with white vinyl.

Shirts come in size XS- XL. If you are needing a larger size, check out the adult sizes in the same shirts. Some colours might not be available in adult sizes.

I use Gildan T-shirts. There is a sizing chart in the photos of this listing. I use a heat transfer vinyl, which is 100% machine washable. For the best care of t-shirt it is recommended to wash as normal, but let hang to dry. I have thrown mine in the dryer many times and it is still holding up.

Shipping:
These t-shirts can be mailed as oversized letter mail, so there is NO TRACKING on these packages and there is a low flat rate shipping fee.

I have paired with my good friend Chelsey to make this t-shirt and we are donating 20% of each shirt purchased to the Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre. Specifically, we will be donating to the Mental Health and Addictions Programs (MHAP) Youth Program Fund.

Why Sioux Lookout?
Chelsey is born and raised in Sioux Lookout and is part of the Kasabonika Lake First Nation. Sioux Lookout is also where my family called home for many years. Being able to donate to a small community that we both have roots in is important to us.

About The Sioux Lookout Men Ya Win Health Centre.
SLMHC is a fully accredited 60-bed hospital and a 20-bed extended care facility. The Health Centre is built on the sacred land and traditional territory of the Lac Seul Ojibwe Nation, where they provide health services to all residents of Sioux Lookout and the surrounding area, including Hudson, Pickle Lake, Savant Lake, and the First Nation communities in the region. MenoYaWin, in the Anishinaabe language, means health, wellness, well-being. It refers to holistic healing and wellness, the whole self-being in a state of complete wellness. Their care recognizes the relationship of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of the person. They embrace a holistic approach to healthcare. Patients and families have the option of integrating traditional and modern medicines and practices. They recognize and respect the cultural and linguistic significance of the people whose health care is entrusted to them.

The SLMHC Foundation was incorporated in 1994, and its purpose is to raise money in order to provide funding for medical equipment, education, special treatment programs and capital building funds for SLMHC. Contributions to the Foundation’s Mental Health and Addiction Program Youth Programs Fund helps to support programming needs for youth undergoing treatment for addiction and mental health needs and supports them through their recovery. Invest in our youth to ensure a healthier future for our communities. Find out more about SLMHC and the SLMHC Foundation online at: slmhc.on.ca/foundation
